Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your Womnibot account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account".
• If you signed up with Facebook or Google, say which one. You can also remove Womnibot from that service's app settings.

What happens

• We confirm the request and delete your account, sessions, sign-in connections and API keys within 30 days.
• If you own a workspace, its contacts, conversations, templates and settings are deleted too, unless you transfer ownership first.
• If you are a member of someone else's workspace, you are removed; messages you sent in that business's conversations stay with the business.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Data we must keep by law (for example invoices) is retained only as required.

WhatsApp customers of a business

If a business contacted you on WhatsApp through Womnibot, that business controls your conversation data. Ask them to delete it; we will help them do so.
