These terms govern your use of Womnibot (womnibot.com). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

The service

Womnibot provides a team inbox, messaging tools, an API and related features for the WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp is provided by Meta; your use of WhatsApp through Womnibot is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies.

Your account

• Keep your login details and API keys secure; you're responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
• Workspace owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and the permissions they grant.

Acceptable use

• Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-outs.
• Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and applicable law (including spam, privacy and consumer-protection rules).
• Don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful content, or to try to break or overload it.

We may suspend accounts or workspaces that break these rules or put the service or others at risk.

Your data

You own your content. You give us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta. Plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will note the date above. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time.
