Do you mark up WhatsApp message fees?+
No. Meta's per-message fees are passed through at cost and shown on your invoice line by line.
Can I keep my existing phone number?+
Yes, as long as it's not currently active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. You can migrate it during signup.
What's the 24-hour window?+
After a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. Outside it, you need a pre-approved template — we handle that for you.
